| The First Responders Congress is a meeting place for professionals who
support our national and local response to accidents, natural disasters,
and terrorist activities. The FRC consists of emergency response personnel
from the fire fighting, police, military, homeland security, DOE and NRC
and national, state, and local emergency response organizations, search
and rescue, EMT, equipment and services suppliers, trainers, and other
professionals.
The FRC brings together personnel from many diverse fields where they
can share their knowledge and expertise. The goals of the FRC are to both
